The maximum size of your custom embroidery will depend on whether your image reaches the maximum width or height first. The aspect ratio of your image will be kept the same.

To ensure that your design comes out exactly how you envision it; make sure you select "yes" for the design draft option before adding your item to your cart. We will email you a draft of the embroidered design to the email address that you provided.

Please make sure to upload a high-quality, high-resolution image file and provide detailed instructions on how you’d like the final product to look.

If you wish to discuss your order, don't ask us to contact you. It's best to reach out to us directly at hello@hoodiesociety.com.au before placing your order.

Once we have completed the draft of how the embroidered design will look, we willl email you a copy of the design.

We offer up to two revisions before we proceed with the final embroidered design.

If we don't receive a response within 72 hours of sending you the draft, we will proceed with the draft as the final design.

We will have your order ready to ship out within 10 business days, then depending on where you are located, your order may take 2-6 business days to arrive.

For standard shipping, we have a flat rate of $10.

For express shipping, we have a flat rate of $15.

We offer free standard shipping to orders over $100. Your shipping costs will be applied at checkout.

We require a high quality jpg/jpeg, png or pdf image file.

We ship all around Australia with Australia Post.

We only ship domestically.
