Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy; which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Please review our terms and conditions below. If your item is eligible for a return, contact us at hello@hoodiesociety.com.au. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Incorrect or Faulty Item
We take pride in our product quality, however if in the unlikely event you happen to receive a faulty or incorrect item, you are entitled to a replacement or store credit, with all costs covered by Hoodie Society. Before returning the item, please contact us at hello@hoodiesociety.com.au. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Change of mind
Unfortunately due to garments being personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect sizing decisions. Please ensure that you refer to the sizing charts provided on each product listing before making a purchase. Refunds, exchanges, or returns are only available for defective or faulty items.
Returns
Once your return request has been processed, you will be notified via email. Upon receiving your returned item, we will create and ship your replacement as quickly as possible.
